With Sour & Dough, youll always have the perfect recipe within arms length. Just give us the amount of wheat flour you want to use, and the app will calculate the rest of the ingredients. Always keeping the bakers percentages in mind.

In the Sour & Dough app, you can expect
- Always the perfect recipe with 65% hydration. For us, the perfect ratio of water/flour.
- Handy check-off functionality. Never wonder if you already added the salt.
- Dark mode. Because: why not?

- Schedules with timer. The app will tell you when its time to fold the dough, when the autolyse is done and when youll need to pre-heat your oven.

This is a passion project from two developers and a marketeer who not only have a passion for everything Digital, they also try to bake the perfect loaf of bread. We build Sour & Dough within one afternoon. Just for fun!
